I met a friend at a coffee shop recently. I hadn’t seen him for a long time. I was glad to finally catch up with him.

What could I do to cheer my friend up? Just then, the cafe owner’s cat came up to me. He purred(发出咕噜声) at me, asking me to pet him. I came up with an idea.

“Now, imagine there’s a cat who always follows you. Cats love to play with yarn, you know? Imagine that cat jumping up and grabbing(抓住) that ball of yarn in your head. The cat takes it away and plays with it, leaving you with a clear mind and happier thoughts.”
