一、词汇讲解

1．come back to……“回到……”

后接地点名词，如：Shanghai, Nanjing等

后接地点副词，不加to，如：come back home/there/here。

例：改错：(   )Mr． Smith come back to home three days ago．

【答案】come back to home改为come back home

2．give you the fish给你鱼 = give the fish to you把鱼给你

用法：give sb． sth． = give sth． to sb． 给某人某物/把某物给某人

翻译：请把这个蛋糕给蒂姆。______________________________

【答案】Please give this cake to Tim． 或Please give Tim this cake．

3．be excited about．．．对．．．感到兴奋/激动

例：这个故事使我激动不已。

I______________________________the story．

【答案】am excited about

4．paper 可数的情况：paper为“报纸、论文、试卷”的意思；

paper不可数的情况：paper为“纸”的意思；

例如：①–Can I have some paper, Mum?

–Sure． Here you are．

②Can you give me a piece of paper? (复数：two pieces of paper)

二、重难点讲解

1．Where did you go for the holiday? 你假期去了哪里?

解析：一般过去时的特殊疑问句句式为“特殊疑问词＋did＋主语＋动词原形＋…?”

其答语为“主语+动词过去式+…”。

【例句】—Where did your mother go last Wednesday?

你的妈妈上个星期三去了哪里?

—She went to the supermarket． 她去了超市。

【练习】按要求完成句子。

Mike and Helen went to the Bund three days ago．(对画线部分提问)

2．How was your holiday, Mike? 你的假期怎么样,迈克?

解析：how 是英语中常用的特殊疑问词，意为“如何；怎样”。

how 与be动词连用可以用来询问某人的健康状况或询问某人是否喜欢某物。

【例句】(1) —How is your mother? Is she all right?

你的妈妈怎么样?她没事吧?

—She is fine． 她很好。

(2) How was your trip? 你的旅行怎么样?

4．Did you catch any fish? 你抓到鱼了吗?

解析：句型“Did+主语+动词原形+其他?”是由助动词 did 引导的一般过去时的一般疑问句句式。

在将含有实义动词的一般过去时的陈述句改为一般疑问句时，要在句首加上助动词did

将原来的动词过去式改为动词原形，句末的句号改为问号

其肯定回答为“Yes，主语+did．”，否定回答为“No,主语+didn’t．”。

【例句】—Did your cousin go skating last Saturday?

你的堂姐上个星期六去滑冰了吗?

—Yes, she did． 是的,她去了。

【练习】按要求完成句子。

We flew kites in the park last weekend．(改为一般疑问句,并作否定回答)

【答案】Did you fly, we didn’t

5．Why did you call me? 你为什么打电话给我?

解析：句型“Why+did+主语+动词原形+其他?”是由特殊疑问词 why 引导的特殊疑问句句式，用来询问某人做某事的原因，回答时用“Because …”。

【例句】—Why did your parents go home late yesterday?

你的父母昨天为什么回家晚了?

—Because they looked after my grandfather in the hospital．

因为他们在医院照顾我的祖父了。
