[考点1] keep的用法

keep是一个用法很灵活的动词，其用法如下：

一、keep作系动词

keep作系动词时，意为“保持(某种状态)”。

1． keep+形容词

如: Please keep clean, everyone!

I wear a scarf to keep warm．

2． keep sb．/ sth．+形容词

如: Good habits will keep our body healthy．

二、keep作实义动词

1． keep作实义动词时，意为“坚持；继续”，后面如果接动词，要用动词- ing形式作宾语。

如: Keep( on) eating apples every day, and you’ll become healthier．

2． keep作实义动词时，还可意为“保留，留着”，后面常接名词或代词。

如: You keep it． I read this book last night．

[考点2] make的用法

make是一个动词，它的用法很灵活，其具体用法如下：

1． make意为“制造，制作”时，可以直接跟宾语，即 make sth．,意为“做某物”。

如: My mum can make cake for us．

2． make sb． sth． 意为“为某人做某物”,也可用 make sth． for sb．。

如: I’ll make Judy a beautiful dress．

3． make sb．/ sth．+形容词,意为“使某人/某物怎么样”。

如: Eating more fruit and vegetables can make us healthy．

4． make sb．/ sth．+动词原形,意为“使某人/某物做什么”。

如: This skirt makes me look beautiful．

注意: 当make 前是特殊疑问词 what, who,which等时，这些疑问词对主语进行提问，相当于第三人称单数，所以在一般现在时的特殊疑问句中，谓语动词make 后面加-s。
