1.Earth  通常大写，在地球上用on

2.useful   adj   a useful book   前有be动词变use—useful

3.energy/coal/oil/wood/plastic/glass   不可数名词，作主语相当于三单，be—is/was

总结：①不可数名词作主语相当于单数

②特殊疑问词作主语相当于单数

③V-ing作主语相当于单数

4.come from = be from  来自    两者不要混淆，有be无come,有come无be

5.many/too many +  可数名词复数

much/too much +  不可数名词

注意：读题看清楚是许多？太多？如此多？不要混淆！

7.use sth to do sth  用……来做什么

8.reuse sth to do sth  重新使用……来做什么

9.drive so much  动作不可数，所以用much

10.be good / bad for：对……有益/有害

be动词根据主语来选用哪一个

11.most of  ：大多数   后+ 不可数名词/可数名词复数/代词宾格

12.paper  不可数      newspaper / paper bag  可数

13.两个名词在一起用法：

前一个名词用原形，后一个名词体现单复数，be动词的选择由后一个名词决定

14.oo发音：

一般情况下：d, k之前读短[u]

特殊记：食物（food）长脚（foot）短 面条（noodle）长

以辅音字母f,  l, m, n, s结尾的oo读长[u:]

[ʊ]   foot, look, cook, book， good, wood， hooray
