Imagine that a girl sits down for a test in a future classroom. Her exam paper is made by an artificial intelligence(AI)(人工智能) model based on her own laming. When she finishes her paper, she hands her paper to her teacher, who uses another AI model to grade the paper.Based on the result, a new learning plan is made for the student according to her strengths(优势) and weaknesses. This is personalized(个性化的) education at its best.

Could this be the future of AI in education? It is certainly possible. With the development of high technology, the dream about the AI classroom will come true even faster than we expected.

However, it also puts a question: How can AI help students improve their schoolwork?

What’s more, AI can provide the special program for those who have problems in learning. One example of a company developing AI to improve the learning experience is Nuance. It offered Dragon Speech Recognition technology. With the support of voice recognition(识别), AI allows students to complete tasks only by speaking. This offers a chance to those who have problems in writing.AI will become more and more important in education. In the near future, we will see an AI classroom. It can not only provide personalized learning plans but also use technology to predict results.Education will be personalized to a student’s strengths, bringing a more enjoyable learning experience for all students.

27.What is the purpose of Paragraph 1?

A.To make students more worried about tests.              B.To explain why learning plans are necessary.

C.To introduce personalized education to readers.      D.To show students how meaningful the AI model is.

A.make good use of learning plans                              B.describe different kinds of expressions

C.mark and predict trouble by expressions                   D.keep students away from the possible problems

29.What is the example of Nuance used to show?

A.AI can improve students’ writing skills.                   B.AI can offer the service to special students.

C.Students can easily complete tasks with AI.               D.Voice recognition makes a difference to education.

30.What can be inferred(推断) from the passage?

A.AI will work instead of teachers in the future.          B.It will take a long time to build AI classrooms.

C.AI will be widely used soon in top universities.    D.Students will have a better learning experience with AI.

“George Jackson,” I answered quickly.“I’ve fallen off a river boat.”

The people in that house took me in and gave me some new clothes and a good meal.I told them that my family were all dead, so they said I could stay with them as long as I wanted.

A few days later, a slave (奴隶) in the house came to me and said, “Come with me!” Together, we went down to some trees by the river.“In there!” he said and went away.

On the ground, I found a man, asleep. It was Jim! I was really happy to see him. When the steamboat hit the raft, Jim told me, the raft didn’t crash.Jim swam after it and caught it.Then he began to look for me.

Although air is all around us, we can’t see it.We can feel it and breathe it.The air that surrounds the Earth is called the atmosphere (大气层) and it is made up mostly of two gases nitrogen and oxygen.Gravity pulls on the gasses and keeps the atmosphere close to the Earth’s surface. This is good, because we need oxygen in order to live.

There are many layers in the atmosphere.Because of gravity’s pull, most of the air is in the bottom layer. When scientists talk about the atmosphere, they often use the word altitude. They measure altitude from sea level, which is the place where the land and sea are at the same level. There is a lot of oxygen at sea level.

I grew up in the countryside.I didn’t understand what it brought to me until I became an adult. It helped me learn more special skills than my peers who grew up in cities.

I learned to cook at about 10 years old.The first skills I learned was making dough(面团).Since my parents often came home late, a prepared dough would help my family have supper sooner.I thought it would be easy—just mix water and flour(面粉), right? Not quite! First I made the dough too soft. Then I made it too hard. But as I kept trying, I learned the trick

Later, I cooked fried dishes and things like dumplings.I fell in love with cooking. It’s a good way to relax.Besides cooking, I did a lot of farm work in my childhood.I got to know how to plant vegetables.Though it was hard work, the experience taught me things that many of my peers still don’t know. For example, the part of a potato that has sprouts can be planted as a seed.I also learned that the fruits of peanut and ginger plant grow under the soil.I once discussed this with my friends from the city. They thought it was a pity that they didn’t have the chance to learn these things in their lives.

Some might say we can learn these things from the textbooks. But it can’t compare to the joy of learning firsthand, watching plants blossom and grow.It brings a new way to look at the world. You’ll love everything on your plate.

This may be why I’m so happy to hear that labor education will be required in China.Starting with the coming term, students in primary and middle schools will have at least one class every week to learn basic household skills like cooking and cleaning. These special skills will help you for the rest of your life.
