一、频率副词的概念

频度副词用来表示事情发生的频率，即某事多长时间发生一次。always, usually, often, sometimes和never都属于频度副词。

二、频率副词的频率高低

它们的频率高低为：always＞usually＞often＞sometimes＞never。

三、频率副词在句中的位置

1．放在be动词、情态动词或助动词之后。

I am usually at home at weekends． 我周末通常在家。

2．放在实义动词之前。

We often go to the cinema on Sundays． 我们经常在周日去看电影。

3．有时为了强调,可放在句首。

Sometimes she waters flowers at weekends． 在周末,她有时浇花。

一般现在时表示经常性或习惯性的动作，表示客观存在的事实或真理。

五、一般现在时的形式★★★★

一、一般现在时的用法

表示经常性、习惯性的动作，常与always(总是)、often(经常)、usually(通常)、every day等时间状语连用。

例如：He often plays basketball with Liu Tao after school．

(1)表示现在的动作或状态

例如：We can play the piano．

I’m a teacher．

(2)表示事实或客观真题

例如：The earth goes around the sun．

(3)用在格言、谚语中

例如：Failure is the mother of success．

二、动词第三人称单数形式的构成规则

(1)一般直接在动词词尾加s，如：get–gets, put–puts

(2)以-s, -x, -sh, -ch, -o结尾的动词加es，如：watch–watches, do–does, go–goes

(3)以辅音字母加y结尾的动词，先把y变i，再加es，如：study–studies

(4)不规则变化，如：have–has
