专题07 阅读理解

一、记叙文阅读理解,10篇

I saved the grain carefully and finally had enough to plant. I built a wall around my garden to keep the wild goats away.

Then when my crop bore its fruit, the birds discovered it. The birds were not afraid of my dog at all. I shot them but as soon as I walked away, they returned. At last, I killed some birds and hung them among the crop, hoping they would serve as the scarecrows, which turned out to be successful. By harvest time, I had nearly two bushels of rice and two and a half bushels of wheat.

With my new grain to store, I found a new problem. The fine grain ran through my baskets. It took me nearly two months to form and dry two ugly pots—one for rice and one for wheat.

Next I formed a clay oven (炉灶) and made some other tools from hard wood and cloth to bake (烘烤) bread. I made and baked bread in my oven. I spent the third year on the island in farming and baking.

Soon after that, I began to think of my days sailing in a tidy boat with Xury. I wished to have a boat and explore the island by sea.

I tried to turn over the ship’ boat that I had seen washed up, but failed. I was still determined to have a boat. So I chose a strong tree and spent weeks cutting it down. Then it took me months to turn it from tree to boat.

When it was time to launch (下水), I realized I had made my boat too far from the nearest stream. The boat was far too heavy for me to move. I tried bringing the water to the boat instead of the boat to the water. I soon saw it would take me twenty years of constant labor.

I celebrated my fourth year on the island with two boats, but I was no closer to a sea journey.

Last week, I finally managed to get a new football shirt for the school match. I wore it excitedly to the training before the match, but I wished I hadn’t done that! It was torn (破损的) after the training!

As I walked home worriedly, I saw a shop sign: All Kinds of Repairs and Services! I went inside at once. I looked around the shop and saw broken toys, broken chairs … I wondered if I was in the wrong place. Just then, a man with white hair said cheerfully, “Welcome to my repair shop! I can repair everything!”

“But … what I need is a tailor (裁缝) to deal with my football shirt.”

“You’ve come to the right place. I’ve been waiting a long, long time to repair a football shirt.

“Really?”

To my surprise, he took the shirt from me, put on glasses and sat down. “I guess you are a striker (前锋),” he smiled warmly. How could he know? The man gave me a wink and said calmly, “See that picture on the wall? That was me 30 years ago.”

I couldn’t believe my eyes! He was Orhan, the famous footballer who was on the city team years ago! I told him I was playing for the school team and I had been his fan for years. I told him everything, my dream, my practice and even my dad’s words. “Dad thinks I should be an engineer or a doctor.” I lowered my head.

Everyone rushed onto the deck. I jumped out of the barrel when no-one looking, and ran over to Dr Livesey. We could see three low hills in the moonlight.

“Now, men,” asked Captain Smollett, “have any of you ever seen these islands before?”

“I have, sir” said Silver. “We can anchor to the south, behind the small island. That big hill is called Spy-glass Hill.”

“I have a map here,” said Smollett. “Is this the place?”

Long John Silver was disappointed. It was not Captain Billy Bones’ map, but an accurate copy with the red crosses and written details missing.

“Yes, sir,” he answered, “this is it.”

“Get the captain and the squire down to the cabin,” I whispered to the doctor. “Then send for me. I have terrible news.”

A moment later Captain Smollett said, “We are going to celebrate with a drink in our cabins. You can all have a drink, too.”

The doctor, and the captain and the squire went below. A few minutes later they sent for me, and I told them everything.

“Captain,” said the squire, “you were right and I was wrong. I was a fool. What can we do now?”

“It’s strange,” said the captain, “you can usually see when a crew is going to rebel. But this crew seems fine. Listen, this is what1 think: first, we must go on, because if we turn back now the crew will rebel immediately; second, we have time to think of a plan until we find the treasure; third, some of the crew are on our side. Now, there’s going to be a fight sooner or later. We have your servants, Mr. Trelawney, and ourselves, so that is seven out of twenty-six.”

The man came early in February, one cold day, through a strong wind and a driving snow, the last snowfall of the year, walking from Bramble Hurst railway station and carrying a little black bag in his thickly gloved hand. He was wrapped(包裹)up from head to foot, and the big hat hid every inch of his face but his nose; the snow had piled itself against his shoulders and added a white cover to the bag he carried.

He rushed into the “Coach and Horses” more dead than alive, and threw his bag on the floor. “A fire,” he cried,  “in the name of human charity! A room and a fire!” He shook the snow from off himself in the bar, and followed Mrs. Hall into her guest parlour(客厅).

Mrs. Hall lit the fire and left him there while she went to prepare him a meal with her own hands. As soon as the meal was well under way, she carried cloth, plates, and glasses into the parlour. Although the fire was burning up, she was surprised to see that her visitor still wore his hat and coat, standing with his back to her and looking out of the window at the falling snow in the yard. He seemed to be lost in thought.

“Can I take your hat and coat, sir?” she said, “and give them a good dry in the kitchen?”

“No,” he said without turning.

She was not sure if he had heard her, and was about to repeat her question. He turned his head and looked at her over his shoulder. “I like to keep them on,” he said, and she noticed that he wore big blue glasses, and had a bush side-whisker(胡须)that hid his whole face.

“Very well, sir,” she said. “As you like. In a bit the room will be warmer. And your lunch is ready, sir.”

“Thank you,” he said at the same time, and did not move until she was closing the door.

根据第二段“Then when my crop bore its fruit, the birds discovered it… At last, I killed some birds and hung them among the crop, hoping they would serve as the scarecrows, which turned out to be successful.”可知,第二段主要讲述了我是如何保护庄稼不被鸟吃掉的,可知选C。
