How do you keep cool during summer? Air conditioning (空调) or electric fans are good tools in modern society．But before that, people could only use fans．

In July, 2022, China introduced the “double reduction” policy (双减政策)．It hopes to reduce students’ learning burden (负担) by reducing homework and after-school classes．One month has passed since the new term began．How do students feel about this new policy?

In 1993 the UN decided that March 22nd is the World Water Day．On this day every year, countries around the world hold events to educate people about the problems of dirty water and that clean water is something everyone must have around the world.

The human body is 60% of water and we need to drink lots of water to be healthy．We also need water for cooking．We have toilets in our houses and when we brush our teeth or have a shower, we use the bathroom．Farmers, who produce the food we eat, use water to make the plants grow.

We are lucky enough to have clean water whenever (无论何时) we want, but this is not the case for many people around the world．Do you know the fact that around 750 million people do not have clean water to drink?
